We currently ship within the United States.

FretView™ Shipping
FretView™ orders include FREE tracked standard U.S. shipping. No minimum purchase is required.

Estimated Delivery
FretView™ orders are estimated to arrive within 7–12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery.

Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once available.

Multiple Packages
Some orders may arrive separately if items are fulfilled from different locations.

Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Delayed or Missing Orders
If tracking shows an issue or your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

For products other than FretView™, any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
